Where are Santa Maria Novella products manufactured?
All our products are handcrafted in Florence, Italy, following traditional methods and high-quality standards that date back to 1612.
What is the shelf life of your fragrances and skincare?
Most of our fragrances last up to 36 months after opening. For skincare and botanical remedies, we recommend referring to the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics.
Are your products tested on animals?
