Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella accepts returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unopened packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used or unsealed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Experience team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully pack the products in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective seals and decorative packaging remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid return label to the exterior of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our Florentine artisans inspect the returned goods for quality, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
